The Chatham Industrial RR is a fictional switching district in Chatham, Ontario, Canada operated by the Chessie System, in autumn.

The layout is a 12 x 1 feet shelf switching layout with 2 staging tracks and 5 switching locations / industries. See the Layout Plans page for the track plan.
